PRESIDENTS’ DAY
• Monday February 15, 2016
• Wear red, white, and blue on Presidents’ Day
• You must wear all three colors to get the points

PINK AND RED DAY
• Friday February 12, 2016
• Wear pink and red
• You can wear either of the two color to attain the points

WOOD SOCK
• Monday February 8, 2016
• For those of you interested in doing wood sock on Thursday
February 25, 2016 the first meeting will be on February 8, 2016
in Mrs. Henry’s room G1018
• You must attend the meeting on February 8th to find out when
rehearsals will be taking place
• You will receive points for every rehearsal you attend

• Wednesday February 10, 2016
• We are going to be making Valentine's Day cards for the AHS faculty
members
• Please turn them in to Mrs. Henry’s room in G1018 by Wednesday
February 10, 2016
• You may make up to 5 cards for 2 points each

• Send your alpha a picture of you at school leaping
• You can take picture with multiple people

READ ACROSS AMERICA
• March 2, 2016 from 5-6:30 pm at AHS (end of school day to
about 7 pm to help clean up)
• Volunteers needed to help for “read-alouds” and hosting
• You can earn multiple community service hours through the
Library (Ms. Hardin or Ms. Gonzalez will sign off on hours for
you)
• Dr. Seuss Themed! It’s his birthday 
• Wear your NHS shirt
• Sign up starting Friday, Feb 5th with Mrs. Henry: This is a
commitment. Do not sign up if you cannot go, so check your
schedule NOW!
• Meeting Feb 15th after school in the Library for all that sign up
