Tyler Parent Portal Overview
The Tyler Parent Portal will allow parents to view
information about their child such as:

How to Access the Parent Portal
The Parent Portal can be accessed from the District’s web site
(www.sisd.net) or by each individual campus’ web site

How to Access the Parent Portal
Parents who have an existing log in and password will
be directed to the log in screen

Student Information
Access Page
Parents will be able to access student information simply by clicking on
the picture and then selecting a link to the area of interest

Assignments
Parents will be able to view assignments entered by Teacher, by subject. Click
on the course name under the section box.
Attendance
• Parents can view student attendance in different views: course by
attendance count, or calendar view.
Class Progress
• Parent can view grade reporting grades
(Report Card) by marking period.
Class Schedule
• Parents can view students current schedule. This screen
offers the capability to email teachers by clicking the
subject teachers name or click “Contact All Teachers”
to email all teachers.
Health
• Parents can view student immunizations and vaccines
Personal Details
• This screen is an over on the student demographics, additional
enrollment details, contact information, enrollment history

viewing your students attendance data
Beginning May 9th
• Online registration will be available!

Why is yearly registration
important?
• This process will allow parents to verify
student data, update contact
information, complete yearly required
registration forms, and
acknowledge/review critical district
information and policies.
