characterized by or indicative of

Laughter is good for your health
• Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good,
hearty laugh relieves physical tension and
stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to
45 minutes after.
• Laughter boosts the immune system.
Laughter decreases stress hormones and
increases immune cells and infection-fighting
antibodies, thus improving your resistance to
disease.
Laughter is good for your health
• Laughter triggers the release of endorphins,
the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.
Endorphins promote an overall sense of wellbeing and can even temporarily relieve pain.
• Laughter protects the heart. Laughter
improves the function of blood vessels and
increases blood flow, which can help protect
you against a heart attack and other
cardiovascular problems.

Optimists’ Club Creed
I promise myself….
To be strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the
best.
Optimists’ Club Creed
(Continued)
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about
my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater
achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every creature I
meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of myself that I have no time
to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and
too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

#7 Failure is Never Final
Success is Never Ending
Many of life's failures are people who did not
realize how close they were to success when
they gave up.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000
ways that won't work.
