NRR WG Ad Hoc Committee
• In November 2008, the 802.16 Working Group has approved
the creation of a WG Ad Hoc Committee with the objective
of promoting discussion on robustness and reliability
• Committee reflector and document upload area

• Study the potential interest of the WG to launch a new
standardization activity for a highly-reliable and highlyrobust 802.16 system

NRR objectives and plan
• Following the 802.16 session 62 closing plenary, the WG Ad
Hoc Committee aims at working on draft PAR and top level
technical approaches

• Discussion is currently underway on the reflector for drafting the associated
