235 honor cords were
awarded to graduating Seniors who had earned
24 or more dual credit hours.

Grades must be submitted by the deadline
Each student must have both a letter and a
numeric grade assigned to them
Verification of grade submission will go to
your SPC email address
Grade changes must be completed within 6
months
Grade Books must be submitted at time of
grade submissions
Department Chairs will discuss their
expectations with department adjuncts
Your course must mirror the SPC course
Department Chairs will discuss assessment
process and requirements with your
department
Dual credit courses are expected to be
conducted with the same rigor as classes on
college campus
Dual credit courses are evaluated annually
Students must complete the online evaluation
instrument during given timeline
Course evaluation is a requirement to
continue teaching dual credit courses
Evaluation results are given to department
chairpersons and Deans for their use

Stipends are paid through direct deposit on
October 1, November 1, and December 1 for
Fall Semesters and Stipends are paid through
direct deposit on March 1, April 1, and May 1
for Spring Semesters.

the official 12 class day census each semester

(An updated version is required before each fall)
◦ Submit TSI scores
(Usually once unless a student retests in area).

Last day to Add/Drop for ITV & Internet Classes August
27th by 3:00 p.m.
Last day to add for High School Campus Classes During
late registration is September 4th by 3:00 p.m.
After August 27th payment must be made at the time
you register.
If students completed their admissions and dual credit
paperwork early—they have been registered by the Dual
Credit Office.

Things to Remember about College:
SPC & High School Fall Classes Begin AUGUST
24th!
◦ PLAN AHEAD (DEADLINES ARE DEADLINES!!).
◦ Allow time for processing of applications and
materials.
◦ Cannot register for ITV or online courses after
August 27th.
◦ Last day to register for a high school campus class is
Friday September 4th.
◦ Census Day is September 9th. All Dual Credit classes
become part of students’ permanent record and class
rolls should have been previously reviewed for
accuracy.
