area coverage.

The distance between the HFs and the Civil Registration Service

FIVE STRATEGIES
Educate/ sensitize the public on the importance of using: Health
Facilities when pregnant and the advantages of birth registration.
Capacitate RHMs and engage them on specified contracts and also
improve the clients ratio.
Capacitate the Health facilities (ambulances, Human Resource etc.).
 Restructure the Civil registration Civil Registration Department.
Have a Statistical Unit within the Civil Registration Department to
have a complete CRVS system.
