The Tools are comprehensive sometimes
offering a little more detail than may be
needed.
The attention given in the CoD section is
excellent. However there is need to work out
the entire business process from death
registration through to generating CoD
statistics.

need alignment to appropriate sections.
The Assessment Tool should have been
prepared in principles on key issues for
assessment and not necessarily in
questionnaire format. This may
encourage ingenuity

process. However, there is need to review

of the outline for the strategic plan presented
in the planning guide.

