ISOC/SVAC Instrument Analysis Meeting, May 5, 2006 The LAT Is On The Move Anders W. Borgland Science Verification, Analysis and Calibrations / ISOC Anders W. Borgland 1 ISOC/SVAC Instrument Analysis Meeting, May 5, 2006 Done With Muon Taking! • Well, nearly: – We may get a little bit more but not much ..... • What we have: – Vertical: – LAT 70x: 62h – LAT 71x: 16h – 1.9M events/h – Horizontal: – LAT 70x: 17h » Part of it with the VDG! – 1.1M events/h • Processing: – Most of it has been processed – Catching up with the last few runs right now – SVAC and Merit ntuples and digi.root files available – Most of the recon.root files have been deleted Anders W. Borgland 2 ISOC/SVAC Instrument Analysis Meeting, May 5, 2006 Reprocessing • Reprocessing: – Hope to start reprocessing at the end of next week! – Will take at least a week to finish – With ACD calibrations in the code! – Finally! You will then get calibrated quantities in your ntuples. – Recon.root: – We will keep the recon.root files for this processing » At least we will really, really try ..... :-) – Muon hypothesis: – Will reprocess a subsample using the muon hypothesis » 10M Vertical + 10M Horizontal enough? – Context information: – Available in the SVAC ntuple » Extended GEM counters etc – Need to write the documentation ..... • Will make MC for all data taking configurations. • Please look at the data now: – This is the time to find problems ......
