Challenges


Difficulty finding quality adjunct faculty to teach
courses
– We have to cancel 4 sections of Psychology in
Winter Quarter because we do not have
instructors. We have been interviewing since
September.
Difficulty meeting student need
– Delaying on-time graduation for students
– Losing students to other community colleges,
difficult to get them to return to GRC to finish
degree
