What do we do?
• Consult with the local community
• Work with partners to highlight local transport and
environment issues and encourage them to speak with
others in their own organisation about these
• Initiate and support local projects around transport and
environment
• Make recommendations on how to spend money at a
local level based on the local communities views
• Co-ordinates the project work going on within the
neighbourhood around environment and transport
Local Money
• £100,000 from Urban Vision to spend on local road
safety priorities
• £10,00 from Urban Vision to spend on local
maintenance schemes
• Local people and groups identify their priorities and
submit these on a form for consideration
• A smaller task group discusses each form individually
and makes recommendations to Community
Committee to make a final decision

Magic eye on Liverpool Road
Dropped Kerbs
Traffic surveys at various locations
Health walk pack being developed

Grot Spots cleared
