– Researched, attended training, provided information to employees, activated

– Calculated & distributed PT furlough, tracked FT furlough

New Race/Ethnicity Reporting
– Employee self-identification through online survey or paper form. New hires selfidentify through updated new hire data sheets (required). Updated application.

Performance Appraisal Training
– March 2010, goal of obtaining more accurate & consistent evaluation results

Sexual Harassment Training
– Researched & selected comprehensive program. Funds not approved.

Continue to follow state and federal requirements for the recruiting &
hiring of minorities, with the goal of increasing the presence of wellqualified minority employees on our faculty & staff payroll.
Evaluate the efficiency of our current diversity recruiting methods.
Transcript tracking

Currently track FT employees on spreadsheet; will begin to utilize
existing mnemonic in Datatel for tracking this information. Will also
add PT employee transcript tracking.
Orientation update
•
Current orientation video is 4 years old, will work with media services
to update and reveal during orientation this fall

Research, select and present software proposal for moving the
job application process to an online submission format
5. Sexual Harassment Training (revisited)

Revisit Sexual Harassment training proposal, with the intention
of implementing training if budget allows
