town -- Shin Ying
I have been eating here ever
since I was a kid

Introduction


Yi Noodles:
Pure lard is mixed with the
noodles (there is no artificial
flavouring or meat). The taste
is very authentic.
Sao Mai:
One of the most popular
dishes served in the restaurant . It is
made from wheat-germ flour. This
particular dish is so popular because
it is stuffed with the restaurants own
unique filling.
Wonton Soup:
This is another dish which the
restaurant is popular for serving. The
main ingredients are wonton, spring
onions and pickled vegetables. It is a
very savoury soup and can also be
added to noodles, especially malt
noodles to make the taste even more
enjoyable and exquisite.
