Leader-Member Exchange (LMX)

Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) means the vertical
relationship between leader and member (Graen, Cashman
and Haga, 1975), and can refer to interpersonal exchange
relationships between the dyads (Kraime, Wayne, and
Jaworski, 2001).


Hypothesis 2. The LMX will be positively related to Job
Performance.
Hypothesis 3: LMX positively moderate the relationship between
the EOR and Job Performance. In other words, this relationship is
more strongly positive when LMX is high rather than low.
