Will educate 60 students a year at start, then 120
to 180 per year
Will recruit more than120 faculty to educate
students and residents
Will partner with UMC, VA, and other hospitals to
build programs
Will build research
programs in key areas
UNLV School of Medicine will be an innovative
center for teaching future Nevada doctors to
work in teams, use cutting edge technology,
and to develop novel yet classically-based
preventions and treatments.
It will drive development of AHC partnership
among LV hospitals and physicians that will
build high-level clinical, educational and
research programs.
