Club Charter
• Club Sponsor Statement of Awareness
is due on Friday, August 14, 2009
• Re-charter Deadline is Friday, September
25th @ 3 P.M. = No Exceptions!
• Clubs are not allowed to spend any money
until re-chartered.
Club Sponsors
• Form a Club Page on Architek.
– Page should include a one paragraph
description of club, list of dates, meeting
times, location, and sponsor names.
– Clubs Fair is on Wednesday, August 26th thru
Friday, August 28th in the Small Gym at Lunch
Time.
Req’s/P.O.’s or Cash Envelopes
• Must allow 2 weeks for the paper work to be
processed.
• Also we had 6 unprocessed requisition last year.
• This year the cutoff for cash envelopes will be
April 30, 2010.
– Too hard to clear out.
– LVPO’s will not be available. Plan ahead. After further
review, LVPO’s will not be allowed at Dobson High
School. This was confirmed by Dobson
Administration.
Fundraising Activities
• STUCO
– will have a list of fundraising activities posted
in the admin. office.
– Monies has to be turned in to administration
immediately. DO NOT TAKE HOME!
Excuse List
• Mandatory for sponsors to turn in a excuse list
five days prior to activity.
• The list should include the students first, and last
name, six digit #, dates and periods student will
be absent.

Travel
• Will need to be updated
• Forms need to be completely filled out
w/acct.#’s
• Meal allotment for travel is
– Breakfast $6
– Lunch
$8
– Dinner $10
Bus Protocol
• Be sure to sign and log time on trip sheet
to avoid overcharges.
• Check for “closed” date before scheduling
a field trip.
• Ensure funds are available prior to making
a reservation.
ECA
• Club T-Shirts need to be ordered at the
beginning of the school year if it is part of
the club uniform. Deadline is October
• Awards are for recognition.
• ECA cards are to be updated by District
• Yellow ECA Cards are designated for
General Usage.
• White ECA cards are designated for field
trips specifically.
