Information blurb:
(A little information about the event, who went, who
gave talks, any feedback or input from the involved students (including student
major and name) etc. – something succinct that would be appropriate to post on
our New & Events section of the webpage or Facebook)
Pictures are welcome for events and news! Please provide one picture per
page. In the notes section of each page, provide the names of the people in
each picture. If you prefer, to provide a link to Google pictures, etc. please
paste it below and make sure to indicate the names of the people in each
picture.

Photo release
A release statement is needed from every person in the picture (faculty, staff, and/or students).
Please have each person in the picture respond to an email containing the event and the phrase
“Can we use your photo on our website?” Save the reply and forward them all to Peggy or Melissa,
who will keep them on file. (required of us).
