○ We determines credit ratings for other firms across all industries
○ Credit rating is effective for a year, after 1 year they would need to
update it.
○ Provide consulting services to clients after rating process

● Missing Documents
○ Previously, frequent checks to see if required documents have
been submitted were needed
○ The new database automatically notifies you when something is
missing
● Consulting Speed
○ The last system took a long time to gather the information
required for a consultation
○ The new system pulls all of this information up instantaneously

● One reason why companies request credit rating is to win bids over other
companies.
● Generates credit ratings of all the companies within the same industry.
● By knowing their rank within their industry, they know if their business is
doing well compared to competitors. If not, they can try a new business
strategy to be more successful.
