CODO or Dual Degree Requirements
There are two ways to CODO or pursue a dual degree within
Krannert: as a lower division student or an upper division student.
– “Lower Division” means that you have not yet completed the
Management Admissions Index (MAI) or Economics Admissions Index
(EAI) courses.
– “Upper Division” means that you have met the GPA requirements in the
MAI and are prepared to begin major-related coursework.

admitted into Lower Division (accepted into Krannert but not eligible for 300 level
courses).
Pre-Economics, Pre-Industrial Management, Pre-Management, Pre-Accounting, Pre-Marketing,
Pre-Finance, Pre-Supply Chain Information and Analytics, or Pre-Strategy and Organizational
Management

12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus
•
Not on academic probation
•
2.5 overall minimum GPA/2.40 overall minimum for IM
•
Minimum SAT score of 1250 (CR + MA), or 28 on the ACT
•
International students must also have a minimum total TOEFL score of 88 and a minimum
speaking TOEFL score of 23
•
Minimum core high school GPA of 3.50
•
MA 16010, Applied Calculus, or equivalent completed with a C- or higher
•
No more than three different MAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for
a grade.

To CODO into the School of Management or pursue a dual degree, follow
these steps:
Step 1:

CODO: Carefully read and follow the Change of Curricula process on the Purdue University Registrar’s website.

Dual Degree: Review the Request to Pursue Multiple Degrees requirements and application deadline dates
information. Complete the Request to Pursue Multiple Degree Programs Concurrently Form .
Step 2: Review the School of Management Application deadline dates.
Step 3: After reviewing this Krannert CODO or Request to Pursue a Dual Degree PowerPoint, complete the survey here.
Step 4: Visit myPurduePlan.purdue.edu and use the "What If" feature to learn what classes you need to take for
completing a degree. If you are not familiar with myPurduePlan or the “What If” feature, click here to watch a short
video.
Step 5: Submit completed application materials to the Management Advising Office (KRAN 352) in the Krannert
Building:
– Change of Curriculum Form or Dual Degree Form
– Printed survey confirmation email
