Addendum bij het Prospectus van het FundShare Umbrella Fund (Dutch)
Hierbij kondigt HiQ Invest B.V. (de "Beheerder") van het FundShare Umbrella Fund (het "Fonds"), met goedkeuring van DAF Depositary B.V. (de "Bewaarder") een wijziging in het Prospectus van het Fonds aan. Wijziging en Toelichting op de beslissing tot de wijziging van het Prospectus De wijziging heeft betrekking op een wijziging in het beleggingsbeleid en de daarmee gepaard gaande beleggingsrestricities, zoals uiteengezet in het supplement van het
FundShare Post Opbouw Continue Click Fonds
(het “Subfonds”) als bijlage bij het basis prospectus van het FundShare Umbrella Fund. De beslissing voor deze wijziging in het beleggingsbeleid en naam van het Subfonds is gebaseerd op de implementatie van een beleggingsstrategie die zich meer zal richten op koerswinsten op wereldwijd aangegane aandelenbeleggingen als een bron van inkomsten. De keuze voor de aandelen beleggingen worden op basis van een geautomatiseerd beleggings-beslismodel genomen die op maandbasis de beleggingen heroverweegt. Verder houdt de wijziging in dat het Subfonds wisselende exposure kan hebben op de wereldwijde aandelenmarkt (tot 50%), naast de gehouden beleggingen in obligaties. De wijziging in het beleggingsbeleid leidt niet tot een verhoging van het verwachte risico-indicator van het Subfonds. De risico-indicator blijft gelijk op

. Daarnaast, gaat de wijziging van het beleggingsbeleid gepaard met een wijziging van de naam van het Subfonds naar het
FundShare Post Equity Momentum Fund
en zullen de gecombineerde beheer- en operationele kosten (voor enkel administratie, audit- en audit support, en de bewaarder) vergoeding worden verlaagd van 1,50% naar 1,40% per jaar. Overige wijzigingen Vanaf november 2016 zal het volgende Subfonds haar naam wijzigen van: - FundShare Post Opbouw Continue Click Fonds; Naar: - FundShare Post Equity Momentum Fund; Verder willen wij u erop wijzen dat we van de gelegenheid gebruik hebben gemaakt om het Prospectus te updaten waar nodig. Deze veranderingen hebben niet geleid tot materiële wijzigingen in het Prospectus noch tot wijzigingen in de rechten en verplichtingen van elk van de Participanten. Wijzigingen worden Effectief De wijziging van het beleggingsbeleid, de kosten en de naam van het Subfonds zal enkel één maand na de datum van kennisgeving effectief worden. Daardoor treedt de wijziging in het supplement van het Prospectus voor dit Subfonds en zoals gepubliceerd op de Website van de Beheerder enkel in werking op

. Tijdens deze periode hebben Participanten van dit Subfonds het recht om hun Participaties onder de gebruikelijke voorwaarden tegen de respectieve nettovermogenswaarde in te kopen. Herewith, HiQ Invest B.V. (the “Fund Manager”) of the FundShare Umbrella Fund (the “Fund”), with the approval of DAF Depositary B.V. (the “Depositary”), announces an amendment to the Prospectus of the Fund. Amendment and Explanation to the decision of amendment of Prospectus The amendment relates to a change in the investment policy and associated investment restrictions as set out in the supplement of the
FundShare Post Opbouw Continue Click Fonds
(het “Subfonds) as appendix to the base prospectus of the FundShare Umbrella Fund. The decision for this amendment in the investment policy and name of the Subfund is based on the implementation of an investment strategy that will focus more on value increases in market prices on global equity investments as a source of income. The choice for the equity investments will be made on the basis of an automated investment-decision model that reconsiders the investments on a monthly basis. The amendments implies that the Subfund can have fluctuating exposure to the global equity markets (max 50%), in addition to the investment in bonds. Please note that the amendment does not lead to an increase in the risk-indicator of the Subfund. The risk indicator stays equal and is

Additionally, the amendment of the investment policy is accompanied by a change in the name of the Subfund to
FundShare Post Equity Momentum Fund
and the combined management and operation (for administration, audit and audit support, and the depositary only) costs fee will be reduced 1,50% to 1,40% annually. Other Amendments From November 2016 onwards, the following subfund will also change its name from: - To: - FundShare Post Opbouw Continue Click Fonds; FundShare Post Equity Momentum Fund; Furthermore, we would like to attend you to the fact that we have made use of the occasion, to update the Prospectus where necessary. These changes have not led to any material changes in the Prospectus nor to changes in the rights and obligations of any of the Participants. Amendments taking Effect The amendment of the investment policy and the name of the Subfund will only become effective one month following the date of notification. Hence, the amendment of the supplement of the Prospectus for the Subfund and as published on the Website of the Fund Manager
enters into force on October 30 th

. During the one month period, Participants of this Subfund have the right to redeem their Participations at their respective Net Asset Value under the usual conditions.
