Als een kledingstuk meteen voldoet aan de specifieke wensen van de drager – qua pasvorm, materiaal en kleur – zijn volle kledingrekken in de winkels overbodig. Sewbo introduces first robotically sewn T-shirt Achieving the long-sought goal of automation for garment production, Sewbo, a Seattle-based tech start-up, has made a major breakthrough by using an industrial robot to sew a full garment, Sourcing Journal reports. The company states that it is the first time a robot has successfully sewn an entire article of clothing, in this case a T-shirt. Read more.
