PRECISAZIONI IN MERITO AL RILASCIO DEGLI ATTESTATI
PER IL PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO
Si comunica alla spettabile utenza, che per consentire a questo Ente di espletare i controlli di
rito, gli attestati per il permesso di soggiorno vengono rilasciati non prima di cinque giorni lavorativi
dalla presentazione del relativo modulo per la richiesta e non nello stesso giorno.
Si esorta pertanto la spettabile utenza a voler presentare il modulo per la richiesta con congruo
anticipo rispetto alle proprie esigenze.
Il modulo per la richiesta può essere ritirato presso i nostri uffici, presso i corpi di guardia delle
residenze o può essere scaricato dal nostro sito nella sezione “Modulistica”.
Il modulo per la richiesta con la copia del documento d’identità in corso di validità, può essere
presentato presso i nostri uffici negli orari di ricevimento oppure inviato via e-mail in formato “pdf”,
all’indirizzo e-mail [email protected]

CLARIFICATIONS ON HOW TO REQUEST THE REQUIRED CERTIFICATE
TO OBTAIN THE RESIDENCY PERMIT
All the guests sojourning at the E.R.S.U. Residences of SS. Annunziata or Papardo are kindly
invited to notice that, in order to allow this Administration to carry out all the appropriate
verifications, the certificate required to obtain the residency permit will be consigned not earlier
than five working days after the date of the presentation of the relative application form for the
request and, surely, not on the same day.
All those guests who are in need of the above mentioned certificate are therefore advised to
present the application form well in advance of their estimated needs.
The application form will be distributed by our central offices and at the gatekeeper’s lodges of
the residences, or it can be downloaded from our website, looking for it in the "Forms" section.
The application form, together with the copy of a valid identity document (passport or ID card),
must be presented to our central offices during reception times, or sent by e-mail in "pdf" format,
to the following e-mail address: [email protected]
