Mechanical manufacturing sector.
It principally focuses on precision mechanical manufacturing for the removal of shavings of
small,medium and large dimension components in iron,steeel,aluminium and cast iron for
heavy machinery and machinery for Industrial, Avionic, Traction and Telecommunications
Sectors.

EUROMECCANICA produces precision mechanical components for Contract Work and
Complete Manufacturing.
It manages requests based on: Prototypes, Pre-production and Mass production. It is
capable of Designing Mechanical Components starting from an idea. Furthermore it also
offers a Repairs Service for Electromechanical Machinery.

History
Our Experience at your Service
EUROMECCANICA S.r.l., a single member company, was founded in 1992, in Somma
Vesuviana (NA), thanks to the vast business capacities of the young Mr. Sodano. Since its
foundation, it began to work in the field of precision mechanical manufacturing. Despite
daily difficulties, it has developed into a company that is considered among the best in the
territory in terms of reliability, quality and costs.
The company prides itself in being very attentive with regards to customer satisfaction and
in fulfilling the needs of its clients, suppliers as well as internal staff. The company is
streamlined and well-managed.
The layout of the Company is composed of two Operative Units:
1° plant where carpentry and welding activities are carried out.
2° plant where precision mechanical manufacturing and assembling activities are carried
out. In addition, the warehouse, offices and Management offices are also located on these
premises.
3° plant where galvanic activities are carried out

Euromeccanica has in the past years strengthened its workforce in the following areas: production
engineering, quality control and purchasing.
All the processes are ISO 9001 certified
Turning Process
This process is executed on CNC lathes and the process is executed via the following phases: bar cutting,
turning, milling (where required by the design geometries), deburring, barrel finishing, galvanizing (if
requested), packaging
Milling Process
This process is executed on Work Centres (vertical and horizontal, based on the characteristics of the
design) and is executed in the following steps: cutting of material, milling, tapping, deburring and/or
polishing, galvanizing (if requested), packaging
Welding Process
This activity is undertaken in a separate production unit. Welding is applied to various typologies of
material (steel, stainless steel, aluminium), in accordance with the various specific standards of welding:
TIG - MIG - MAG
Design and/or Repairs
Last year, in addition to production, Euromeccanica has inserted into its range of services offered an
Electromechanical Repair Service.

The plant consists in nr. 8 tanks dimensions 2000x1000x1450 as following :
•n. 1 Degreasing Tank;
•n. 3 Washing Tank, where is used demineralized water max. 100ppm;
•n. 1 Satinizing Alkaline Tank, in which there is a chemical attack controlled;
•n. 1 Neutralisation Acid Tank, in which it makes a depatinatura of the aluminum surface in which
are eliminated the traces of the previous baths . The solution consists of nitric acid 100g/l
•n. 1 Anodizing Sulphuric Tank. The solution of this bath is sulfuric acid with a concentration a 180g/l
•n. 1 Fixing Tank, where it is carried out the final treatment cycle responsible for the sealing of the
peroxide .

The production facilities were mostly made for and built to our specifications. project, taking
into account the operational requirements necessary to have not only high productivity and
competitive costs,
but
also a
working
environment clean and
tidy.
A plant design that allows you to concentrate solutions using very low amounts of wash
water, allows us to work virtually zero discharge, having treatment plants closed circuit.
After the regeneration of emissions towers everything is merged (eluates) in a tank, the
disposal of which is awarded to an external company authorized for purification.
The gaseous emissions will be cut down from a tower of two-stage reduction.
