Il Raduno sarà organizzato dallo Yacht Club Italiano e dalla SDA
Bocconi con la collaborazione del Circolo Velico S. Margherita
Ligure e del Comune di S. Margherita Ligure.

La chiusura delle iscrizioni avverrà inderogabilmente entro le ore
18.00 del 19 Settembre 2016.

Il Raduno sarà regolato da:
il Regolamento WS 2013-2016;
gli eventuali successivi comunicati del Comitato Organizzatore,
del Comitato di Regata e della Giuria, anche a modifica del
Bando e delle Istruzioni del Raduno, che saranno esposti all’Albo
Ufficiale almeno due ore prima della partenza.

and the Rally Instructions, posted on the Official Notice Board at
least two hours before the start.

Le istruzioni del raduno saranno a disposizione dei concorrenti
presso la Segreteria dello Y.C.I. a Santa Margherita Ligure, dalle
ore 11 del giorno 29 Settembre 2016.
Rally Instructions will be available at Y.C.I. Race Office in Santa
Margherita Ligure starting at 11.00 a.m. September 29th, 2016.

Il responsabile della barca e della sua sicurezza sarà l’Armatore o
un suo rappresentante.
Lo Skipper della barca e gli equipaggi che partecipano al raduno
devono essere assicurati adeguatamente contro danni a persone o
cose.
Gli Organizzatori richiederanno una dichiarazione di
responsabilità al momento dell’iscrizione.
Sarà applicato il sistema del “Low-point system” come da RRS
Appendice A2.2.
E’ prevista una classifica in tempo reale per la Flotta First 36.7
della Division A (Race)
E’ prevista una classifica in tempo reale per la Flotta Sun Fast 37
della Division A (Race)
E’ prevista una classifica Overall in tempo compensato per la
Division B (Cruising).
Per il calcolo del Tempo Compensato (Time on Time) si terrà
conto della lunghezza fuori tutto (LOA) di ogni imbarcazione, e
l’abbuono sul Tempo Reale verrà calcolato in percentuale.
I primi 4 classificati delle Flotte Beneteau First 36.7 e Jeanneau
Sun Fast 37 (questo numero può variare in funzione al numero
di barche presenti nelle due flotte) disputeranno delle regate di
flotta su imbarcazioni dedicate (Classe J80) nella giornata di
Domenica 2 Ottobre 2016.
Il Trofeo Challenge “MBA’S Cup” sarà assegnato al vincitore
delle Regate di Flotta che si svolgeranno domenica 2 Ottobre
2016.
Nel caso in cui le prove di flotta sui J80 della Domenica non si
potessero disputare, il Trofeo Challenge sarà assegnato al
vincitore della classifica Overall delle Flotte First 36.7 e Sun Fast
37.
Premi ai primi 3 classificati delle Regate di Flotta della
Domenica.
Premi ai primi 3 della Division B (Cruising).
The skipper or his representative will be responsible for the boat
and her safety. The skipper of the boat and the competing crews
shall be adequately insured against damages to persons and goods.
On entering the Rally the Organizers will request a written
declaration of responsibility.
The “Low-point system”, as by RRS Appendix A2.2, will apply.
Elapsed time scoring for the First 36.7 Fleet for Division A (Race)
will apply.
Elapsed time scoring for the Sun Fast 37 Fleet for Division A
(Race) will apply.
Overall scoring in corrected time for Division B (Cruising) will
apply.
To calculate the Corrected Time (Time on Time), the overall length
(LOA) of each yacht will be considered, and the time bonus on the
Elapsed Time will be calculated in percentage.
The first 4 best classified of the Beneteau First 36.7 Fleet and of
the Jeanneau Sun Fast 37 (this number may vary according to the
number of boats in the two fleet), will compete in Fleet Races on
board specially dedicated boats (J80 Class) Sunday October 2nd
2016.
The “MBA’S Cup” Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the winner
of the final Fleet Race run on Sunday October 2nd 2016.
Should the Fleet races on board J80 not be run on Sunday, the
Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the best classified in the
Overall scoring of the First 36.7 and Sun Fast 37 Fleet.
Prizes will be awarded to the 3rd best classified in the Sunday Fleet
Races.
Prizes will be awarded to the 3rd best classified in Division B
(Cruising).

Le imbarcazioni saranno ospitate negli spazi messi a disposizione
dal Comune di Santa Margherita Ligure.
Il programma completo delle manifestazioni collaterali sarà
comunicato ai concorrenti tramite affissione dello stesso all’albo
ufficiale per i comunicati.
Boats will be hosted in the area reserved by the City of Santa
Margherita Ligure.
Competitors will be informed about social events by a notice
posted on the official notice board.
