Saipem: variazione al calendario degli eventi societari per l’anno 2016
San Donato Milanese (Milano), 28 settembre 2016 – Saipem comunica che la data della riunione del
Consiglio di Amministrazione per l’esame del resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 settembre 2016 e
della guidance 2017 (riunione seguita da comunicato stampa e conference call), è stata anticipata di un
giorno ed è quindi fissata per martedì 25 ottobre 2016. Viene così modificato il calendario degli eventi
societari per l’anno 2016 diffuso con comunicato stampa del 23 dicembre 2015.

Saipem: Change to the Financial Calendar 2016
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 28 September 2016 – Saipem announces that the date of the meeting of the
Board of Directors to review the financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and
the 2017 guidance (meeting to be followed by press release and conference call), has been brought
forward by one day and is scheduled for Tuesday 25 October 2016.
The 2016 Financial Calendar, announced with a press release dated 23 December 2015, is amended
accordingly.
