He was born in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 11th September 1959. His education
level at elementary school, junior/middle high school, and senior high school were
experienced in Yogyakarta Region. He got graduate program in Education Civil
Engineering (Drs.) from State Yogyakarta University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia from
August 1979 until September 1983, and graduate in Civil Engineering (ST) from
Muhamadiyah University, Malang, East Java, Indonesia from August 1991 until
September 1993. He received his Master in Transportation (MT) from Institute
Technology Sepuluh November (ITS), Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia from
August 1999 until March 2002.
