Proposal: release documents in phases
◦ First release:
 Basic LTE coverage modeling and verification concepts
such as tile reliability, service area reliability, data rate
channel performance criterion, etc.
 High-level overview of additional key LTE concepts
 Significant benefit in defining these basic coverage
modeling and verification concepts
 e.g. industry conversations have revolved around
questions like “what is LTE coverage”, “what do you
measure to validate LTE coverage”, etc.
 Focusing on key concepts will accelerate document
development and delivery
