1. 공정 세부 사항
① 가공 영역(manufacturing scope)
- 사내 가공(in house): 치절(gear cutting), 래핑(lapping)
- 외주(out sourcing): 나머지 영역
② 외주 공정 관리
- 각 공정 도면 및 작업지시서 배포 및 회수
- 각 외주를 통한 제품에 대한 치수 검사
③ 검사 기준
- 회수된 작업지시서(control plan)를 기준으로 샘플(sample) 검사 수행
(각 공정별 제품과 작업지시서가 동일하게 적용)
- 5개 이하: 전수 검사, 5개 초과: 5개/lot
