In Groups of five, deliver your 5 minute session on the
Scrum based on 1 of the following allocated focuses.
– 1, 2 and 4 also including the put in and strike
– 1, 6 and 4 including square hips and the left
shoulder
– 2, 3 and 5 focusing on the tight head
– 3, 5 and 7 focusing on tight head and symmetry
– Engagement sequence 2v1 and 2v2
