Ansonsten ist eine Teilnahme nicht

Je nach Anzahl der Teilnehmer wird die

Die Schusstage finden zwischen
Montag 27.06. und Freitag 01.07.2016
statt. Jede Parcoursgruppe hat einen
schussfreien Tag.

association of the IFAA and who hold
a valid score/classification card may
attend the EBHC.
All participants must show the IFAA
score/classification card at the registration. Archers who have no such card
may not participate in the tournament!

Shooting styles and Divisions
The tournament allows for all IFAA divisions and shooting styles:
Veterans 55+ years
Adults 19 – 54 years
Young adults 17 and 18 years
Juniors 13 – 16 years
Cubs under 13 years
Participants in the veteran, young adult, junior and cub divisions shall require
showing proof of age as on the first shooting day of the tournament.

Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung ist ausschließlich online www.ebhc2016.at unter dem Punkt Anmeldung möglich. Die Anmeldung wird erst mit Einzahlung gültig. Bei der Einzahlung ist
es wichtig den vollständigen Namen und die Registrierungsnummer, die man nach
Anmeldung per Mail erhält, anzugeben.
Sämtliche eingegeben Daten zur Kontrolle und die genannte Registrierungsnummer
erhält man direkt nach Anmeldung per Mail. Bitte darauf achten, dass die Mailadresse stimmt! Die Daten und die Registrierungsnummer sind auch online im jeweiligen
Benutzerkonto des Schützen ersichtlich und können dort bis 15.Mai 2016 bearbeitet
werden.
Pro Teilnehmer wird eine Mailadresse benötigt. Es gibt im Internet einige Anbieter
bei denen man kostenlos Mail Adressen einrichten kann, falls keine vorhanden sein
sollte (zB gmx.at, gmail.com,...) Die Anmeldung wird schlussendlich mit Einzahlung
des Nenngeldes gültig.

Registration
Pre-registration is only possible electronically on the EBHC 2016 website. (www.
ebhc2016.at). An email address is required for each participant. There are some
providers on the internet where you can set up a free email address (for those that
do not already have one) such as gmx.net, gmail.com...
On receipt of your pre-registration you will receive a registration number that will be
sent to your email address. It is important to state your full name and the registration number in your payment documents.
Final registration is accepted once payment is received.
A registered archer will be able to check and edit all his/her registration details on
line with the use of the offical registration number.
Details may be checked until 15th May 2016 where after no further changes can be
made. It is not possible to change bow styles after 15th May 2016.
You can directly book online the buffet for the award ceremony for friday
01.07.2016 with € 15,-- per person. It is also possible to buy it directly at the award
ceremony for € 18,-- per person.

Besondere Hinweise
Der Verhaltenskodex für die TeilnehmerInnen an einer IFAA Veranstaltung ist von jeder Teilnehmerin, jedem Teilnehmer strengstens einzuhalten. Siehe dazu auch Anlage 2 zum BOR IFAA
2015/2016. Auf den Parcours und auf der Ranges gilt ein absolutes Alkohol- und Rauchverbot
(ausgenommen ausgewiesene Raucherzonen).
Mobiletelefone sind auf den Parcours ebenfalls verboten. (Ausgenommen Notfälle)
Schützen welche gegen diese Verbote verstoßen, werden disqualifiziert.
Allgemeine Informationen
Die Registrierung und Bogenkontrolle, sowie die Eröffnungsfeier und Siegerehrung finden im
Sportzentrum Hinterglemm statt. (Adresse: Glemmtaler Landesstraße 401, 5754 Hinterglemm)
Der Einschussplatz befindet sich am Oberschwarzachlift (Hinterglemm Zentrum). Dort findet
auch täglich das Briefing statt, und die Gruppen werden von dort aus zu den Parcours geführt.
Parkplätze sind beim Sportzentrum, bei der 12er Kogel und Westgipfel Talstation vorhanden.
Der Einschussplatz ist zu Fuß in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
UBSV Glemmtal
Der UBSV Glemmtal veranstaltete bereits im Jahr 2013 ein WA 3D Sternturnier, 2014 die
Österreichische Meisterschaften IFAA und 2015 ein Vorbereitungsturnier für die EBHC mit ca.
450 Startern. Das Team rund um Richard Ronacher, Christian Fischer und Bernd Ronacher ist
mit vollem Elan und Spaß am Veranstalten motiviert, um die EBHC 2016 auszurichten.

Special notes
The EBHC 2016 will be held strictly in accordance with the World Bowhunter Championship
Rules as mentioned in the IFAA RULES of the 2015/2016 edition. Details of the rules and regulations can be found on the IFAA website: www.ifaa-archery.org. Smoking will only be allowed
in the designated smoking areas.The consummation of alcohol on the courses is strictly forbidden and competitors may be subjected to a breathalyser test. The use of mobile phones on the
courses is not permitted, emergencies excluded.
Archers contravening the above rules may be disqualified.
General Information
The registration and equipment inspection, the opening and the award ceremony will take
place at the ‘Sportzentrum’ Hinterglemm (Address: Glemmtaler Landesstraße 401, 5754 Hinterglemm). The practice area will be at the Oberschwarzachlift (centre of Hinterglemm). This
will also be the meeting place for the daily briefings and from where the groups will be taken to
the various courses. There will be sufficient car parking spaces at the ‘Sportzentrum’, Zwölferkogel and Westgipfel bottom valley-station. From here you can reach the practice range in
a few minutes´ walk.
UBSV Glemmtal

The UBSV Glemmtal has already organised the following events: a WA 3D Star Tournament in
2013, the Austrian Championships IFAA in 2014 and in 2015 a preparatory tournament for the
EBHC with approx.450 starters.The event is led by a motivated team comprising of Richard
Ronacher, Christian Fischer und Bernd Ronacher who will organise an event full of fun and

Austragungsort
Der Tourismusort Saalbach Hinterglemm mit rund 3000 Einwohnern liegt auf
höhe, eingebettet zwischen den sanften Hängen der Pinzgauer Grasberge
posanten Gipfeln der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Durch die äußerst zentrale Lage in
Saalbach Hinterglemm für alle Teilnehmer mit moderaten Anfahrtsstrecken
1.000m Seeund den imÖsterreich ist
zu erreichen.
Das Festgelände, die Einschussanlage und der tägliche Treffpunkt, ist sehr gut aus dem Zentrum von Hinterglemm und Umgebung zu erreichen. Die Bergbahnen, die die Teilnehmer zu
den höher gelegenen Parcours befördern, sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Unterkünfte aller Kategorien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähre des Zentrums, ebenso
wie Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und Parkmöglichkeiten. Für Begleitpersonen, die nicht
an der EBHC teilnehmen, bietet Saalbach Hinterglemm eine große Vielfalt an Freizeitaktivitäten. Wandern, Mountainbikem, Hochseilpark, Baumzipfelweg, Freibad oder Kinder- Erlebniswege lassen auch bei der mitreisenden Familie keine Langeweile aufkommen. Viele dieser

Venue
The tourist resort of Saalbach Hinterglemm, with around 3000 inhabitants, is located at 1,000 m above sea level and nestled between the gentle slopes of the Pinzgauer Grass Mountains and the imposing peaks of the Kitzbühel Alps. Due to the central location in Austria, Saalbach Hinterglemm can be easily reached by participants.
The competition area, practice range and daily meeting place can be
reached easily from the centre of Hinterglemm and the surrounding area.
The lift that transports the participants up to the higher lying courses is only a short
walk away from the centre. Accommodation (all categories) as well as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and car parking can be found in the immediate vicinity.
For people who accompany the participants (but and are not attending EBHC), Saalbach Hinterglemm offers a wide variety of recreational activities such as hiking, mountain-biking, high
ropes course, tree-top path, outdoor pool as well as the children’s adventure trails – there
is no time to get bored! Many of these activities, like the outdoor pool and the use of operating lifts are free of charge with the use of the Joker Card, which many of the landlords
