and electronic platforms of public on-line services;
• public internet access points;
• to disseminate usage of information society technics;
• to promote on-line services especially at rural areas;

• creation and development of local and regional broadband
nets;
• electronic platforms for integrated system of support for
regional management;
• creation, modernisation and equipment for network
centres;
• eGovernment projects for regional administration;

ECONOMY COMPETITIVENESS GROWTH - SOP
• access to on-line services and information for enterprises;
• goal: to strenghten economy by improving access to the
public information for enterprises and citizens (ICT);
• measure to be implemented by creating information
platform with public access for enterprises and citizens.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT - SOP
• development of knowledge based society, vocational
training;
• goal: to improve the flexible system of preparing labour
market to the needs of competitive economy;
• measure to be implemented by: eEducation support,
providing computer equipment and software for schools,
learning and teaching quality support.
