The main idea
The unit talks about lucky people who win
the New Jersey Lottery.
Whenever you win such a lottery , you are
helping people in New Jersey. Percent of
money from tickets goes to programs for
education , at-risk teens, college
scholarships , and support for the elderly
and disabled.

Using “should” for advice
We use “should+ the base form of the verb” to
give advice to someone. It means “It’s a good
idea to do …….”
The verb after should is an infinitive (base form)
E.g :You should read the passage before
answering any of the questions.
He should study hard.
I should get up early.
Negative form of “should+verb”)
We use “not” after “should” to change the
sentence into the negative.
E.g: He shouldn’t drive fast.
You shouldn’t annoy your teacher.
I shouldn’t be late for school
They shouldn’t play in the street.
