• Redundant HVAC systems
• Use of outside air to cool Data Center
• Eliminate overhead supply ductwork
• Add fluid cooler to chilled water circuit
• Combined savings: ~$67,000 per year

• Replace dual duct pneumatic terminal units
• Remove OA/condenser pre-heat coil
• Replace older inefficient electric pump motors

• Remove inlet guide vanes on hot deck fan
systems and install VFDs
