New Workflow History Report (Ticket 27047)
Additional information about the previous workflow action has been added to
task notifications. (Ticket 28393)
“Save” and “Cancel” buttons have been replaced with a single “Done/Cancel”
button when there is no data to save on a screen. (Ticket 29300)
Additional enhancements were made to improve the Award File and Task
reassignment functionalities. (Ticket 31115, 31130)
Issue with duplication of breadcrumbs has been resolved. (Ticket
31734)
Link to GMD website on log-in page has been fixed to point to new AGO
website. (Ticket 34031)

Problems with task names for the RFA publisher have been resolved (Ticket 24989)

The RFA Routing slip has been enhanced for ease of use. (Ticket 31086)

When entering data into the FFO text screens, non-ascii characters are now
automatically replaced by ascii (plain text) characters. (Ticket 31968)

The “Reject” option on applications has been made available wherever the “Withdraw”
option is currently available, not just during Minimum Requirements. (Ticket 23206)
The RFA Name, along with Grants Specialist phone number and email address have been
added to the Award File header. (Tickets 29083 and 30413)
When the “Revised Approved” option is available on a Procurement Request the
additional “Withdraw” button has been removed to reduce confusion. (Ticket 30153)
An Error message on Application Funding screen has been fixed. (Ticket 31089)
The Statutory Authority field will no longer be automatically filled in on the PO Checklist.
(Ticket 31135)
References to Expanded Authorities have been changed to “Research Terms and Conditions”
(Ticket 31032)
A new “Key word” field has been added to Applications screen and to search function. (Ticket
32018)
New features have been added to Organization profile screen. (Tickets 33567 and 31787)

Statuses are now displayed for most items under the "Sub Documents" and "Associate
Documents" sections of launch pages. (Ticket 26082)
Additional data entry validations are performed on the SF-270 form to prevent
submission errors. (Ticket 30989)
The recipient view of the CD-450 has been simplified. (Ticket 31091)
“Return for Revision” has been removed from the Authorized Representative
dropdown options when not applicable. (Ticket 31223)
The fix for the “Termination for Cause” process was completed. (Ticket 31732)
Display of Submitting Principal Investigator names on “Search Award” results has
been fixed. (Ticket 32006)
Routing of SF-272 awards has been modified so that any report with cash on hand
greater than $5,000 or less than -$5,000 goes to the Grants Specialist. (Ticket
32350)
A problem with sending of notifications on approved or rejected AARs has been
fixed. (Ticket 33908)

Tickets 31115 and 31130 – Award File
Reassignment
 When “Reassign Award File” option is chosen at any time, all
open FPO tasks on that award file (PO Checklist, NEPA,
Procurement Request) are reassigned at the same time.
 NEPA reassignment simplified to work like elsewhere in the
system.
 Reassignment of Release of Funds (Partial Funding) action
now available.
 Reassigned tasks will now be in a “Not Started” state for the
new user (instead of “In Progress”) so that they can be
tracked in workflow properly.
 Recipient Business/Finance Users now have access to the
Task Reassignment feature.
