Product Catalogue Management & B2B scenario 81 Added Value Service Part of the E-Business Subsystem Each Cultural Service Center will maintain its own PCM system Standard functionalities will be provided by the REGNET PCM & B2B system June 2002 Project presentation REGNET

Basic Infrastructure The B2B system is based on the ebxml standard.

It is supported by the PCM subsystem.

Store all products and services to the PCM Common warehouse for all suppliers (content or services) 82 June 2002 Project presentation REGNET

… Basic Infrastructure (2) All products and/or services are stored in the E-Business subsystem.

There are specific web forms that support the interaction of the user with the system.

83 June 2002 Project presentation REGNET

Implementation of scenario (1) 84 A supplier has to become member of the CSC in order to store the products/services.

The supplier is requesting from the administrator the creation of an empty electronic catalogue Product Catalogue Service Catalogue June 2002 Project presentation REGNET

Implementation of scenario (2) 85 The supplier has to provide information regarding the warehouse and the items or services stored.

An interested company is able to search the E-Business system in order to find a service or products.

In order to express his interest for potential collaboration the client has to subscribe himself in the system.

June 2002 Project presentation REGNET

Implementation of scenario (3) 86 The client prints the form with his interests and he contact the supplier in order to fulfil the transaction.

It is of primary importance the private communication between the interested parties in order to realise the ‘contract’.

June 2002 Project presentation REGNET

Added Value Services The PCM is the basis for the management of all products that are stored in the REGNET system.

The PCM provides the opportunity to the supplier to present a product in the e-shop.

During the insertion / update of a product the supplier can decide if the product will be presented in the e-shop and to undertake the required procedure (photo, etc...).
