TONIGHT’S AGENDA

MY BACKGROUND

   My Undergraduate Degree is in Anthropology.

I received my Masters in Education from Holy Family University.

I have been teaching at the Elementary level now for 3 years.

      Morning Meeting Morning Subject Periods Lunch/Recess Procedures Afternoon Subject Periods Dismissal Routines Weekly Specials

Morning Meeting

  Each morning the class comes together to discuss any news, events and or any current issues.

Then as a group we play a community building activity (Ex. Beach ball toss).

SOCIAL STUDIES

READING

Transition times

  Students are directed and lead to the cafeteria, playground yard and to the buses. Any students who miss a bus will need to be picked up by the parents ASAP.

     Computer Art Music Gym Library

Classroom Rules and Goals

 As a class, the students create and establish classroom wide goals. The following are the rules that they came up with:

To keep up with class assignments. This is important for both parents and students.

To challenge the students academically in order to foster progress.

To encourage the students to take a responsibility in their own learning.
