Operational Readiness and Response Coordination Centre (ORRCC), will speak
on BCP and preparedness in an Emergency Response organisation
and
W. Todd Moxley, now retired Lieutenant-Colonel from the Canadian Forces
(CF), will speak on Decision Making in a Crisis. The presentation will examine
traditional and naturalistic decision making processes, present some advantages and
disadvantages of each and how they are best applied in a crisis
