Change Process
• On Tuesday morning February 4, all Area Managers should
meet with their Unit Chiefs to review the Personnel lists
• On Tuesday afternoon, all Unit Chiefs should meet with
their respective staffs
• For the most part, the current program of work, as
specified in the PBPs will be followed for 2003. During the
course of this year changes will be made to the Program
Budget for 2004-2005 for presentation to the PAHO
Governing Bodies as mandated

Change Process
• Directives: a series of directives will be forthcoming that will
make official the managerial responsibilities, delegations of
authority and designations of allotments necessary to implement
the PAHO program of work for 2003
•
Space assignments: only immediate needs will be addressed
for now. The Task Force for a Health Workplace will recommend
space allocations and a schedule for accomplishing the changes
by the end of April
•
Assignment of allottees: assignment of allottees and
realignments of allotments for 2003 and the necessary change
over will be completed by March 1, 2003
