OMB’s portfolio management guidance (goals, performance measures, annual reporting to
OMB) - Target Date: FY 2014, Q1


STATUS: Implementation plan to be developed, will be topic at upcoming ExCom, NGAC and
SteerCom meetings
Direction memo to agencies in final draft, planned to go to the President’s Management
Council, outlines roles/responsibilities for theme lead and other agencies,
SAOGI to coordinate within your agency to execute the following:

Affirm agency’s appointed Executive Champion(s) and Theme Lead(s) by May 30, 2013.
Identify representative to participate in the development of the Implementation Plan, by May 30, 2013.
Each agency is requested to ensure that the designated individuals have sufficient resources to carry

the FGDC Steering Committee – initial report topics included as attachment.
