• Athens Welcome Meeting at the School of Architecture building - Campus Leonardo, Welcome Happy Hour
• 17.30/18.00 go downtown for City Tour, from Duomo to the Navigli, Southern part of the city centre (Piazza dei Mercanti, Piazza
degli Affari, Via Torino, Colonne di San Lorenzo, Porta Ticinese, Darsena)

19.30 Aperitivo at Barcone Café, Via Scoglio di Quarto 3, (Navigli)
Sunday March 13
10.30 Meeting point metro station Gioia (MM2 green line) at the exit Via M. Gioia. And visit to “Palazzo della Regione Lombardia” building

Visit to Porta Nuova district, the area interested by a new massive renewal since the late 2000s, includes several modern high rise

• 15:00 meeting point in Piazza della Scala, metro station Duomo (MM1 red line, MM3 yellow line), Tram line n°1

Tranports in Milan
The urban network ticket costs 1.50€ and it is valid for 90 minutes on all lines, with unlimited interchange (but it cannot be used twice
on the metro if you get out of the metro station).
Tickets are sold in newspapers kiosks, bars, tobacconist’s and automatic machines at underground stations, but they cannot be
bought on board.
Public transportations run every day from 6.00 to midnight, but some buses provide nocturnal service on Friday and Saturday nights
(N services).
There are also tourist tickets:
24h tickets cost 4.50€
48h tickets cost 8.25€
10-ticket carnets cost 13.80€
We kindly recommend you to buy the 48h ticket, since you will be free to move around Milano without hassle.
