1- Tagliare il tubo utilizzando una lama affilata (non utilizzare disco abrasivo)
Il tagli deve essere perpendicolare. Pulire accuratamente il tubo dopo il
taglio
Cut the hose by using a proper sharpened disc (do not use an abrasive
disc). The hose must be square and clean cut.
2- Assicurare la boccola all’interno di una morsa. Avvitare il tubo in senso
antiorario, fino al raggiungimento del fondo della boccola. Svitare il tubo di
1/4 di giro per evitare danneggiamenti del tubo.
Secure in position the socket i.e. by using a benchvise. Scew the hose
counterclockwise into the socket until it reaches the bottom. Unscrew 1/4
turn to prevent damage in screwing.
3- Marcare il tubo e la boccola al fine di verificare l’assenza di rotazione del
tubo durante l’inserimento dell’inserto.
Mark the socket and the hose using an indelible felt tip pen, ti verify any
absence of hose rotation inside the socket during the fittings crewing.
4- Posizionare il tubo con la boccola in una morsa. Oliare generosamente
l’inserto e l’interno del tubo.
Position the hose complete with socket i.e. by using a bench vise.
Lubricate by a generous amount of oil the threading and the taper of the
fitting as well as the inside the hose.
5- Inserire il raccordo all’interno del tubo. Premere leggermente e avvitare in
senso antiorario e mediante l’uso di una chiave avvitare completamente
l’inserto nel tubo, verificando che non ci sia torsione del tubo durante
l’avvitatura. Non eccedere nel serraggio.
Insert the fitting into the hose. Press slightly and screw by hand turning
clockwise the first threads. Then by using an appropriate spanner or a
screwspanner on the hexagon, screw the fitting in to the socket and verify
any absence of hose rotation inside the socket during the fitting screwing.
Complete the screwing until the fitting reaches the bottom against the
socket. Never overtighten.
6- E' consentito un margine di massimo 3 mm tra l’esagono dell’inserto e la
boccola. Controllare ad assemblaggio ultimato, la linearità dei segni fatti
(non torsione del tubo).
It's acceptable to leave a margin of max 3 mm between the hexagon of
the fitting and the socket. Verify the allignment.
