La lama (o braccio) delle storiche macchine
tagliatrici a catena KORFMANN, viene ora
realizzata con una speciale lega di acciaio
ad alta resistenza, frutto dell’esperienza
acquisita nel tempo, che garantisce maggiore
leggerezza e più elevati valori di snervamento
rispetto alla precedete. Oltre a questa importante innovazione, la KORFMANN ha voluto
rivedere anche la catena da taglio, già ampiamente apprezzata in tutto il mondo, rendendola ancora più resistente (e quindi meno
soggetta a rotture) tramite un nuovo sistema
di fissaggio. I denti della catena KORFMANN
possono essere equipaggiati con placchette
in carburo tungsteno tipo “widia”, o in policristallino tipo “stratapax”; le prime sono
utilizzate per tagliare materiali più o meno
teneri, mentre le seconde sono specifiche
per pietre particolarmente dure.

the new chain arm, which is the achievement
of years of experience and research, not only
makes it lighter but gives it much more
working stress – resistance than the previous

cutting chain by introducing a new bitsupport fixing system.

KORFMANN chain bit-supports may be
equipped with cutting tools made of tungsten
carbide as “widia-bit” type or made by
polycrystalline such as “stratapax”. The first
type of bit is suitable for cutting stones of
medium hardness while the latter is built to
deal with very hard and abrasive ones. The

La Débiteuse à chaîne KORFMANN, marque
historique de l’industrie des carrières, a été
toujours caractérisée pour la grande qualité
des matériaux utilisés pour sa construction
et pour le haut rendement de coupe.
La Cortadora de cadena KORFMANN, marca
histórica en el sector de las ranuras, desde
siempre se caracteriza por la alta calidad de
los materiales utilizados en su construcción
y las elevadas prestaciones de corte.
La lame (ou bien le bras) des historiques
machines à chaîne KORFMANN, est faite
d’un alliage spécial en acier à haute résistence, résultat de l’expérience acquise pendant
longtemps, qui garantit une plus grande
lègéreté et des valeurs plus élevées
d’énervement par rapport à la version
précédente.
La cuchilla (o brazo) de las históricas máquinas cortadoras de cadena KORFMANN, se

para cortar materiales más o menos blandos,
mientras que las segundas, son específicas
para piedras especialmente duras.

monde, pour la rendre encore plus résistante
(et donc moins sujette à la rupture) par moyen
d’un nouveau système de fixage. Les dents
de la chaîne KORFMANN peuvent être equipés avec des inserts en carbure type “widia”

matériaux plus ou moins tendres, tandis que
les derniérs sont spécifiques pour pierres
