CONDITIONING & FINISHING BELTS - CFB
Sono allestiti in cinque versioni:
FIBEN - Nastro per impiego generale adatto per finiture satinate e sbavature leggere.
FIBEN LS - Nastro anti-allungamento per finitura ed asportazione rapida.
FIBEN T - Nastro Fiben con un supporto in tela per finitura e sbavatura leggera delle superfici
con macchine a pattino o a tampone.
TEXPAR T - Nastro in panno abrasivo A/O (colore rosso) con supporto in tela per la finitura
satinata di supefici piane (inox in particolare), che richiedono basse pressioni di lavoro e massima
conformabilità.
TEXPAN T - Come Texpar T ma con panno abrasivo S/C (colore nero). Per satinature più brillanti su inox.
Conditioning & Finishing belts are available in five specifications:
FIBEN - General purpose belt, mainly used for satin finish and light deburring.
FIBEN LS - Same as Rapid Cut but designed for applications on machines requiring low or minimal belt stretching.
FIBEN T - Designed for satin finishing and light deburring of Stainless Steel surfaces with pad sander machines.
Is constructed by bonding the X weight cloth with the Fiben Rapid cut in order to minimize the pad friction without belt stretching.
TEXPAR T - Soft, flexible and conformable for satin finish applications. Is made by bonding the X weight cloth with soft non
woven abrasive Texpar (A/O - red colour) in order to minimize the belt stretching.
TEXPAN T - Soft, flexible and conformable for satin finish applications. Is made by bonding the X weight cloth with soft non
woven abrasive Texpan (S/C - black colour) in order to minimize the belt stretching. Brigther finish on Stainless Steel.
