Ik ben een gedreven en technisch geschoold Systeem/Netwerkbeheerder van Microsoft, Novell , Citrix, Cisco en HP producten met ruime ervaring in applicatie-, database-, incident- en changemanagement en heb diverse projectleidersrollen vervuld voor diensten- en infrastructuurimplementaties. Tevens heb ik ruime ervaring in samenwerking met en aansturing van ‘Skilled Helpdesks’ volgens ITIL procedures. Ik kan zeer zelfstandig werken maar ben ook een heel sociaal teamspeler, werkzaam in de ICT-sector sinds 15 jaar en heb een brede kennis van ICT-processen en technologieën. Ook heb ik gewerkt als Incident & Change Manager bij onder andere Royal Bank of Scotland en volg ik nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen op de voet (cloud en virtualisatie). Voorafgaand aan mijn ICT loopbaan was ik 10 jaar werkzaam in de Industriële Automatisering in diverse rollen. Momenteel volg ik een deeltijdopleiding Business IT & Management aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

Project Context:

The Accenture-RBS Network Service Management Team is responsible for providing the primary Business interface between the Bank and the teams that support the Global Network Infrastructure in the EMEA WAN Infrastructure Services Locations.

Role Description:

The Incident/Change Manager will focus on helping projects (change initiatives), achieve business objectives through managing the end-end change process. The Incident/Change Manager will be responsible for all activities relating to change management administration and act as a single point of contact regarding changes in the client environment by collecting, verifying, logging, reviewing, and tracking all changes.

Incident Management

Accenture is responsible for the IT management of the overall Microsoft landscape at the client. The services are delivered based on a Service Level Agreement.

Role Description:
