REV propone una gamma completa di vagli mobili selezionatori che si prestano particolarmente a quelle tipologie di
trattamento inerti da cava o di recupero che richiedono una vera calibratura del materiale.
Con questa serie di track per vagliatura, REV si pone come alternativa a tutti i modelli che sfruttano una forte inclinazione
del piano vagliante e che non permettono quindi una reale pulizia e calibratura delle classi granulometriche scelte. Sugli
screening track REV l'inclinazione variabile dei piani vaglianti è gestibile tra i 15° ed i 25°, mentre l'inclinazione della griglia
sgrossatrice è compresa tra i 4° e i 20°. Questa precisa scelta tecnica si esprime anche nell'utilizzo di superfici vaglianti
identiche sia nei piani superiori che in quelli inferiori del vaglio, proprio per sfruttare a pieno l'efficienza della vibrazione
anche nelle frazioni più piccole con le quali di norma vanno in crisi i vagli più inclinati.
Rev realizza track a 2 e 3 piani, con superfici che vanno da mm. 3500 x 1250 (in sagoma di trasporto) a mm. 4500 x
1500, con o senza griglia vibrante, con o senza lavaggio.
In this leaflet, REV presents a wide range of mobile screens, particularly suitable for those kinds of quarrying and recovery aggregates
processing which require an efficient grading of the material.
With this screening track series, REV presents itself as an alternative to those machines which exploit an increased angle of the screening
deck, and therefore do not allow an actual cleaning and a precise gauging of the chosen grain sizes.
On REV screening tracks, the variable angle of the screening decks is between 15° and 25°, and the angle of the scalper grid is
between 4° and 20°. Another strategic technical choice is the utilization of identical screening surface areas both in the upper and in
the lower screening decks; this way, the vibration is fully efficient also with very small-sized fractions of the product, which usually cause
trouble for more sloping screens.REV manufactures tracks with 2 and 3 decks, whose surface is between 3500 x 1250 mm
(transport dimensions) and 4500 x 1500 with or without vibrating grid and washing system.
