Type of selection
n° 3 actuators with 16 levels on each feed.
Stripping yarn fingers
10 multiposition yarnfingers on each feed
(SANTONI patent) n.7 yarnfingers 4 of
which having 6 positions and 3 having 4
positions; further on 3 colour yarnfingers
with 4 positions.
Trappers for bare and covered elastic
yarn
n° 2 on each feed and n.1 for elastic welt
on 1st feed (optional on 3rd feed).
Optional: 3rd elastomeric trapper, on each
feed, for yarn finger n.7.
Jacks dial & yarn cutter
Dial vertical movement pneumatically
driven.
Suction system
By two suction fans or central system.
Take down tube Ø150 mm. Garment transfer tube Ø100 mm. Air limiting valve with
electronic incremental programmation.
On request: kit Antitwist with the rotating
tube.
Stitch cams
Stitch formation adjustment by step
motors done in an independent way on
each feed, with possibility of loop widening, tightening and shading on the same
course (Santoni patent).
On board garment sizing, adjustable in
cms or inches.
Sinker cap
Closed track cam circuit with springmoved presses for stitch compensation.
Main knitting possibilities
Single or double welt knitted with jacks
in different selection possibilites, elastic
yarn can be knitted -in, floated or inlaid.:
4 feeds knitting with 3 technical ways plus
colour. On request: tuck cam for 2 technical ways and 2 colours. 2 mobile stitch
cams to work on 2 feeds for getting more
colours on the same course.

Software Diagraph 3 PLUS including ATLAS, QUASAR, PHOTON, GALOIS. The
programs can be transferred to the machine by FDU-2/3 , by USB Key or by cable
directly from the P.C.

Ottimizzazione delle taglie a bordo macchina con regolazione in centimetri o pollici.
Custodia camme platine
Circuito camme dotato di presse, azionate
da molla, per compensazione maglia.

Bordo singolo o doppio, realizzato con
uncini, in diverse selezioni ad elastico immagliato, flottato o tramato.
Lavorazione a 4 cadute con 3 vie tecniche
più colore;
A richiesta: camme alza ago trattenuto per
ottenere maglia in 2 vie tecniche (a base
trattenuta) più 2 colori;
n° 2 camme maglia mobili per lavorare a 2
cadute ed ottenere più colori sullo stesso
