Complete kit for leak detection
TOTAL TEST-HVAC è il nuovo kit che permette di rilevare e localizzare le perdite
dell’impianto HVAC nel rispetto del Regolamento (CE) n.1516/2007.
Il riduttore di pressione e il manometro di controllo in classe 1 permettono di
pressurizzare l’impianto al valore necessario con la miscela
AZOIDRO per poterlo poi controllare tramite lo specifico cercafughe FINDER.
TOTAL TESTHVAC is a new kit that enables to detect and locate leaks in HVAC
system in compliance with Regulation (EC) n.1516/2007.
The pressure reducer and the control pressure gauge in class 1 enable to
pressurize the system to the necessary value with the AZOIDRO mixture; the
system can then be checked by means of the specific leak detector, FINDER.

COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No. 1516/2007
Article 8 - Repair of leakage
1. L’operatore assicura che la riparazione venga eseguita da personale certificato ad
effettuare tale specifica attività. Prima della riparazione, si procede, se necessario,
allo svuotamento o al recupero del refrigerante.
1. The operator shall ensure that the repair is carried out by personnel certified to
undertake that specific activity. Prior to repair, a pump-down or recovery shall be
carried out, where necessary.
2. L’operatore assicura che venga effettuata una prova di tenuta con azoto esente
da ossigeno o altra prova di pressione e gas secco adeguati, seguita se necessario
da evacuazione, ricarica e prova di tenuta. Prima della prova di pressione con azoto
esente da ossigeno o con altro gas adeguato per prove di pressione, i gas fluorurati
ad effetto serra vengono, se necessario, recuperati da tutto il sistema.
2. The operator shall ensure that a leakage test with Oxygen Free Nitrogen (OFN)
or another suitable pressure testing and drying gas is carried out where necessary,
followed by evacuation, recharge and leakage test. Prior to pressure testing with
Oxygen Free Nitrogen (OFN) or another suitable pressure testing gas, fluorinated
greenhouse gases shall be recovered from the whole application where necessary.

Heated sensor electronic leak detector
Il cercafughe FINDER utilizza un sensore riscaldato ad alta sensibilità specifico
per la miscela AZOIDRO (95% Azoto e 5% Idrogeno).
Questa miscela è stata progettata nel rispetto del Regolamento (CE)
n.1516/2007.
Il cercafughe FINDER rileva perdite di AZOIDRO inferiori ai 5ppm di Idrogeno.
FINDER leak detector uses a high-sensitivity heated sensor, which is specific for
the AZOIDRO mixture (95% Nitrogen and 5% Hydrogen).
This mixture was created in accordance with Regulation (EC) n.1516/2007.
FINDER leak detector detects leaks of AZOIDRO that are lower than 5ppm of
Hydrogen.
FIND uses AA alkaline batteries and does not require rechargeable batteries.
