Conclusion
• RF Optimization is required for consistent cell coverage and
overshooting control
• Parameter adjustment is required e.g. cell radius in order some
distant servers with good coverage to provide coverage required.
• HO Parameters e.g. HO forbidden should be set on Cell to NB relation
in order distant servers not to be used and hence drops will be
avoided.
• Due to specific area – water and islands optimization of azimuths,
tilts, parameters and Network strategy should be adjusted in order to
improve Network performance.
