Inspiring places
The Spaces Business Club offers the
perfect areas for groups of 2 to about 500
people at prime locations in Amsterdam
and The Hague. We are located in the
centre of Amsterdam, at the historic
Herengracht and buzzing Vijzelstraat, and
at the business centre Amsterdam Zuidas.
In The Hague Spaces is located in the iconic
Rode Olifant building at the Malieveld.
Our well equipped meeting rooms are
spacious, calm and with lots of natural
light. All required audio-visual equipment
to make your meeting a success are

available in the rooms. Most rooms are
equipped with a beamer, LED-TV or LCD-TV.
Free WiFi is available in the entire business
club and in all the meeting rooms.
Spaces has its own in-house caterer
to provide you with tasty and healthy
breakfasts, lunches and more. Our caterer
can also make delicious meals for dinners,
parties and events. We can open our doors
in the evening and weekend for events for
80 to 500 people.

entire business club and in all meeting rooms.

We can arrange a fast and reliable taxi for you.

Terms and conditions
Booking conditions Business Club
1. These booking conditions apply to all events in the
Business Club and/or public areas of Spaces.

You can change your catering order no later than 3
working days prior to your meeting.
An option on one of our areas is valid for 48 hours.
After 48 hours we will contact you to either confirm
or cancel your booking. If we do not get a response
the booking will be cancelled.
It is possible to make changes to your booking up
to 2 working days prior to your meeting. Though
these changes cannot be guaranteed, only after
confirmation from Spaces.
Spaces has a payment term of 30 days.
In all cases when above terms do not apply, the
conditions of the Uniform Conditions of the Event
Industry apply.
General conditions for cancellations.
1. A cancellation is only valid in writing and when it
has a datemark on it. No claims can be made from
a verbal cancellation. The date of cancellation is
marked on the day that the cancellation is received.
The total amount of the reservation is based on the
most recent confirmation of the event and this is the
amount to be paid by the client.
2.
These cancellation terms are applicable to the
following various cancellations:
when the entire event is cancelled;
when facilities of the event are cancelled, such as meals, break-out rooms;
when the timeframe of the event is
shortened and this reduces the total event costs;
decline of amount of guests;
when the entire event is rescheduled to a new date.

When cancelling a confirmed booking less than 3
working days prior to the event, 100% of all costs
(meeting room hire, AV-equipment and catering) will
be charged.
4.
When cancelling a confirmed booking 3 to 5 working
days prior to the event, 50% of all costs (meeting
room hire, AV-equipment and catering) will be
charged.
5.
When cancelling a confirmed booking 5 to 10 working
days prior to the event, 25% of all costs (meeting
room hire, AV-equipment and catering) will be
charged.
6.
When cancelling a confirmed booking more than 10
days prior to the event, no costs will be charged.
7.
The amounts due will be invoiced directly to tenants
and members of Spaces on their biweekly invoice.

By car
From Utrecht: Take the A2 to Nieuwe Utrechtseweg/s110 Watergraafsmeer. Continue on the
s110. Take the Stadhouderskade/s100. Continue to Nieuwe Utrechtseweg. Take a right to
President Kennedylaan. Then left to Stadhouderskade.
Right at Weteringlaan/Weteringplantsoen. On the roundabout take the 2nd turn to the
Nieuwe Vijzelstraat. Continue and take a left at Herengracht. Spaces is on the opposite side
so continue and take a left to the Herenstraat and another left to Herengracht.
By car
From Utrecht: From the A10 take exit S109. After the exit take the first left onto
Europaboulevard and then the first right to De Boelelaan. Take the 2nd right and continue
till you come to a T-intersection. Go right at Barbara Strozzilaan, Spaces is on your left
hand side.
From Den Haag: A4/E19 to Jan van Galenstraat/s105. Take exit s105 from A10/E22
and a right turn to Jan van Galenstraat and go straight at the roundabout. Go right
at Nassaukade and left at Rozengracht. Continue to Westermarkt and straight to
Raadhuisstraat. Continue then take a left at Herengracht. Spaces is on the opposite side so
continue and take a left to the Herenstraat and another left to Herengracht.
By public transport
Take tram 1, 2, 5, 13 or 17 from Amsterdam Central Station and get off at Nieuwezijds Kolk.
From here it’s a 5 minute walk to Spaces Herengracht.

From Den Haag: From the A10 take exit S109. After the exit take the first right onto
Europaboulevard and then the first left to De Boelelaan. Take the 2nd right and continue till
you come to a T-intersection. Go right at Barbara Strozzilaan, Spaces is on your left hand
side.
By public transport
Spaces Zuidas is in walking distance from metro- and trainstations Amsterdam RAI and
Amsterdam Zuid.

By car
From Utrecht: At the A2 take exit Nieuwe Utrechtseweg/s110 Watergraafsmeer,
Continue on the s110. Take the Stadhouderskade/s100. Continue on Nieuwe Utrechtseweg.
Right turn to President Kennedylaan. Left to the Stadhouderskade.
Right turn to Weteringlaan/Weteringplantsoen. Leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit at
Nieuwe Vijzelstraat. Continue and Spaces Vijzelstraat is on your left.
By car
Spaces Den Haag is located at the end of the A12. From the A12 take a left at
Zuid-Hollandlaan/S101 and a quick right to Mesdagstraat. Entrance to the parking space is
on your right.
By public transport
Spaces Den Haag is a 10 minute walk from Station Den Haag Centraal.
From Den Haag: On A4/E19 take exit Amstelveenseweg/s108. From A1 take
exit Buitenveldert/S108. Go right at the Amstelveenseweg. Left to Hobbemakade and then
left to Stadhouderskade. Take the 1st exit right Museumbrug and continue to Spiegelgracht/
Nieuwe Spiegelstraat. Turn right at Herengracht, then the 1st right to Vijzelstraat.
By public transport
Take tram 16 or 24 from Amsterdam Central Station and get off at Keizersgracht.
