Checklist for States
States must submit technical requirements by May 7th, 2010
Late submissions will be considered on an as available basis
Requirements checklist in State Requirements Workbook
FVAP available to answer questions
Requirements will be converted into “Request for Bids”
Vendors in Blanket Purchase Orders will submit bids
BTA/FVAP will hold source selection for “best value”
States will be invited to participate as expert advisors (at FVAP expense)
Work will commence upon contract award
