About school

School was

founded in 1843.

The new school building was built in 1978. It is situated in the centre of the village. There are 700 students and 60 teachers. There are 3 floors in it. On the ground floor there is a canteen, a gym, a School Hall and classrooms.

On the first floor there is a teachers' room, a doctor's room and different classrooms.

Near the school

Near the school there is a sports ground, a stadium, a workshop, a school plot, where we work in summer. In the school yard there are many trees and flowers.

Places near school are McDonalds, McDonald’s is located north of the school and so is Rite Aid. The Baptist church is located right beside the school.

Library

 The Library is where students go to do their homework after school and go on the Internet, and read books on projects for the assigments in class. Sometimes people go there to play games on the computers and listen to music or watch videos. Learning Circle. Gymnasia # 6, Gubkin 10

Family Dollar

 There is also a Family Dollar that is close to school; it is only down the hill from the playground. People get different stuff they need around their houses such as brooms, mops and glass cleaner for the windows and vacuum bags some girls even get make-up there. They have a lot of rows full with appliances for people .

The school is situated in the centre of town.

The school is neither big nor small.

In front of the building of the Gymnasium there is a monument to the soldiers who died defending their Motherland in Afghanistan. To the left of the Gymnasium there is a secondary school. Learning Circle. Gymnasia # 6, Gubkin 16

 Near the school there is a big play ground and a beautiful small park where children like to play different games or ski in winter. There are a lot of trees and flowers near the school.  One can see a stadium near it. Students have their physical training lesson there, if the weather is fine. .

There are 264 pupils in the school. There are three floors in this school. On the ground floor three are different classes and a workshop, a canteen, a library and a head master’s office. There are a lot of or interesting books in the library.

Arkansas River

   Located in downtown Wichita The Arkansas River and Little Arkansas River are valuable assets providing pastoral beauty, wildlife habitat and recreational opportunities to Wichita and the region. Monuments near Hadley: keeper of the plains

  The

Keeper of the Plains

stands at the confluence of the Big and Little Arkansas rivers.

Opened in 1935 Located at 1400 west museum Boulevard Open Sunday - 5p.m. and Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Committed to providing the highest quality art education programs WAM’s educational programming fulfils the Museum's mission through the presentation of information and public programs that stimulate curiosity, provide access to the creative process, and expand knowledge.

Educational programming includes art appreciation tools such as guided tours, lectures, and films, but also extends to hands-on creative activities.

Botanica

 Near the Arkansas River in Wichita Kansas  Murdock Street Entrance: The Murdock street entrance has flowering trees and shrubs and lots of other beautiful flowers.  Butterfly/Pansy House is a 2,880 square foot free- flight butterfly exhibit.  It has a Wildflower meadow. Exploration Place

   Exploration Place is a hands on science center Playing with time, with high speed photography, flip it fold it figure it out (origami) and exploring flight and design (airplanes) It also has Exploration park and mini golf all just for kids. Learning Circle. Gymnasia # 6, Gubkin 24
